Mrs. Mallard was sure that the pond in the Boston Public Gardens would be a perfect place for her and her eight ducklings to live. The problem was how to get them there through the busy streets of Boston. But with a little help from the Boston police, Mrs. Mallard and Jack, Kack, Lack, Nack, Ouack, Pack, and Quack arrive safely at their new home. Winner of the Caldecott honor in 1942.

Originally commissioned and premiered by Adventure Theatre (Chil Kong, Artistic Director) in Glen Echo, MD and Wheelock Family Theatre (Emily Ranii, Artistic Director) in Boston, MA in 2022

In The Realistic Joneses we meet Bob and Jennifer and their new neighbors, John and Pony, two suburban couples who have even more in common than their identical homes and their shared last names. As their relationships begin to irrevocably intertwine, the Joneses must decide between their idyllic fantasies and their imperfect realities.
